President and Founder
Amb. Chuwang Davou Chang, the man who has customised the name (Amb) all over east, west, and southern Africa.
He was born in a Village called Jonda in Du District of Plateau Ftate to the family of Mr. Davou Dung and Chundung Davou.
Mr Davou and Chundung are blessed with twelve children of which Chuwang is number seven. A decade ago Mr. Davou promised to give God one amongst his children to the service of God; and he was almost giving up as he advanced in age; then in 1982 Chuwang answered the call to full time ministry. Mr. Davou broke into tears of joy when… when he heard the good news that the answer to his fervent prayers has materialized.
Chuwang had earlier given his life to Christ at a crusade organised by the Free Gospel Society (FGC) powered by Rev. N. C. Thompson of the now Redeemed People Mission.

* Bridging the gap between the present leaders and
the new generation of competent leaders.
* To rightly nurture, shape and position
potential leaders to receive the baton of Excellent leadership
(1 Kings 1:28-35).
* To equip and empower young leaders and
helping them discover their unique Callings and Giftings.
* To restore the Biblical perspective of leadership
in the 21" century church (and throughout the
existence of the church on earth).
* To see the 21” century church become more
effective, producing discipline, fruitful and
accountable leaders of today and tomorrow with
integrity and a Kingdom mentality.
* To help and encourage younger ministers
and ministries, seeing them grow into
maturity in service (Isaiah 58:12, Neh.

* To impart Kingdom principles, insights and
valve for fulfilling destiny.
* Creating an environment for potential
leaders to catch the vision of what God can
do through them and stepping forward into
leadership positions.

Leadership plays a very vital role in the lives of men and looking unto Jesus as our model of a true leader, we seek to raise up leaders that are Christlike in nature and character even as they serve in various fields in life.
The final instruction given to us as saints by our Lord Jesus Christ is to make disciples, hence it is our desire to inculcate the true doctrine of Christ and mentor young believers into developing healthy kingdom principles, habits and lifestyle.

The vision of Christian development and empowerment of emerging leaders and ministries to fruitfulness, integrity and accountability was borne in the heart of Amb. (Dr) Chuwang Davou Chang, and this burden to develop and inculcate the true spirit of kingdom servanthood in leaders at various levels birthed Grace and Peace Foundation.
